At MAYXZ, every piece is created with intention.

We want you to feel confident with every order.  
If something is not right, we’ll do our best to help.

RETURN WINDOW

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• be unworn and unused  
• be in original condition  
• include original tags and packaging  
• include proof of purchase or receipt

Returns must first be approved before being sent back.

Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• limited drops  
• preorder items  
• sale items  
• gift cards  
• custom or personalized pieces

EXCHANGES

Need another size?

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

Items must still be:

• unworn and unused  
• in original condition  
• with tags and packaging included  
• accompanied by proof of purchase

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
